Returns Window
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- All return shipments must be insured to the value of the item by the purchaser.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personal care items
- Linens
- Gift cards
- Sale items (Final Sale)
- Seasonal items
- Special orders
Return Process
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a Grace & Company Gift Card.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please email us at hello@graceandcompanyltd.com, and return the item to the address above.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
All return shipments must be insured to the value of the item by the purchaser.
For items valued over $75, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
